You won't want to miss the second to last Access Alum event of the semester! Michelle Munk of NASA will be on campus on November 19th!
Mrs. Munk received her BS in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech. She began as a co-op student at Johnson Space Center and is now the Principal Investigator for Entry, Descent and Landing for NASA’s Space Technology Mission Directorate. She possesses broad experience in orbital mechanics, planetary exploration, and technology development from three different NASA centers over her 25-year career. Mrs. Munk will not be taking resumes but looks forward to meeting students at all levels and from all engineering disciplines. She welcomes discussion on all topics, including work-life balance, her work as an engineer, her student experience, etc. Come dressed as you are and drop in anytime you like to meet her.
