Read a bio about our next Access Alum, Cree Harris. She is a Process Improvement Engineer at PepsiCo with her BSIE from Purdue!
I attended Purdue University from 2002 to 2007. While at Purdue I was an active member of NSBE, SWE and a student assistant with MEP. After graduating from Purdue University in 2007 with a degree in Industrial Engineering, I accepted a position at PepsiCo with the hot fill Gatorade division. I was involved with the implementation of SoBe Lifewater and was the site project lead for Gatorade Recover, Naturals and the newest formulation of Propel, as well as project leader for multiple flavors of Gatorade, Propel and SoBe. Currently, I am the site Process Improvement Engineer where I am responsible for the implementation of reducing site losses such as waste, scrap and machine losses. I am also the site Autonomous Maintenance leader for the site where I am responsible for reducing minor machine losses for the 8 line plant. In the coming years, I plan on moving into Research and Development as a Product Engineer for foods and beverages.Make sure to meet with Cree at our next event!
